E. g. , how to complete an assignment, conduct a job interview, whether to have a bake sale or sell t-shirts etc. Center on issues of esteem, control, or affiliation. Differences we feel about our relationship with others; aka. We want to be recognized and validated by others; to feel significant, useful, and worthwhile. E. g. , grace didn"t believe landon appreciate her.
