Too often people think that e ective leaders are driven by traits and behaviours, the situation also a ects leadership possibilities. The e ectiveness of the leader will be mediated by the response of the individual. Do provide reinforcement immediately after positive behaviours and reinforce e ect as much a results. Do give encouragement and corrective instruction immediately after mistakes.
