Demanded greeks hold special olympic games in ad 67 (held in his honour) Nero competed in chariot racing fell but still declared olympic champion . Committed suicide at the age of 31. Romans not interested in athenian education model development of all-around individuals. Producing people who can produce end result. Built colosseum / circus maximus for gladiator contests and chariot racing. Sport massive spectacle of entertainment, debauchery and carnage.
