Probable: increase in frequency of urinaion, increase in size of abdomen, posiive pregnancy test (urinaion) Report up to 99% accuracy: evidence supports up to 95% Urine sample: detects presence of human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) Errors usually involve false negaives: test done too soon, check expiraion dates and follow instrucions. Posiive: pregnancy test conirmed by blood test and pelvic exam. Eg cervix sotens by the sixth week: observaion of fetus by ultrasound, fetal heartbeat, fetal movement quickening . Medical care early and throughout pregnancy: monitor heath of mother and baby.
