Ventureblocks logic: spot a space identifying an industry for business, ask and listening go out find your customers, discover the problems find patterns, build insights use patterns to identify pain points/problem, identify opportunities use patterns to find solutions. Insights that may not be important, may be important later. Insulting question: leading questions, sales pitch questions, dead end, too soon, poor listener. Customer discovery questions empathy understanding and relating to the people you are designing for requires empathy.
