Individuals: have different responsibilities, make different types of decisions, carry out different types of activities, having correct info is important. Concerned w short-term activities, typically those that occur in the immediate term: operational personnel focused on performing day-to-day acti(cid:448)ities that deli(cid:448)er fir(cid:373)(cid:859)s (cid:448)alue propositio(cid:374, decision making at the operational level = highly structured detailed procedures. Cannot change anything can do only what the system allows me. Simple: what are the prices / discount. Not giving strategic view of things: medium-term foucs. Pattern over the 6 months for sales for schedule.
