Highly specialized workers are more difficult to find that unskilled ones. Careful hr planning and forethought by recruiters can minimize recruiting expenses. Inducements: monetary, nonmonetary, or even intangible incentives used by a firm to attract recruits. Inducements may be necessary to stimulate a potential recruit"s interest.
