Behavioural norms in organizations are revealed: verbally through the organizations myths, stories and heroes, nonverbally through the allocations of space, money and power. Extrovert vs introvert: extrovert from interactions, introvert from within. Sensing vs information: sensing gathers information systematically, intuitive sees relationships among ideas. Thinking vs feeling: thinking use objective logic, feeling just feels right.
