Sociology is the study of society and the social world individuals inhabit within them. Sociology is not the study of individuals but rather the study of how we live together. We are social beings who are connected to people in a wide variety of ways. What it means to be human plays a wide role in how we interact/communicate/connect. It is defined as us always wanting to interact. Facebook is an example of a sociological social network. Sociology is the fundamental concern of how we are influenced by society. The idea that individual lives unfold in contexts. Social, economic and historical contexts are born into matter. E. g newborn babies all have the chance to be something great such as running a country, but a sociologist would ask why wouldn"t that happen, Types of organizations they"ll have access to (huaraches, clubs, sports)
