As an art viewer, what concerns you most when viewing art: subject, form, content, all 3 equally, subject, form, content, all 3 equally. Subject: subject is the what of the artwork, the subject matter, the imagery, the topic, the iconography. Form: form is the how of the artwork, composition or design, medium (such as drawing, sculpture, use of materials, techniques, the process, visual and material decisions the artist has made. Content: content is the why , the artist"s intention, the meaning of the artwork, what the artwork communicates, derived from an analysis of subject and form. Other concerns: process art form and content are one entity, conceptual art content and subject are same, form less essential, context of viewing artwork and the role of the viewer. Studio lab bring micropen, graphite pens, ball-point pen. If you can demonstrate what you can do, you can apprentice and so on. Historically, modelling showed foundational skills to truly creative work.
