Collecting and analyzing data on output and outcome indicators to measure progress on the expected outcomes. Combines the evaluation of activities and outputs with the assessment of results or outcomes. Allows the program to pivot while its running, rather than assessing it at the end of the project. Building in measurement and feedback allows for pivoting to occur if necessary.
