She was the vicim of a ruse conducted by an organized, act-focused ofender with atack paraphilias that include exhibiionism (exposing yourself), crytoscopophilia and parialism (taking body parts as souvenirs) London had the greatest raio of ciizens to serial killers anywhere since irm staisics on violent crime have been credibly tabulated. There have only been 60 known serial killers in canadian crime history. London housed at least 6 and as many as 9 serial sexual murderers 10-15% of the naional average total since confederaion. There were 29 vicims during this ime, and the populaion was only about 160,000. Winnipeg has the highest total number of murders per capita annually (but this is diferent from the serial killer capital: toronto never charts on the list of ciies with the highest murders.
