Forced is where one of the individuals involved does not want it: process, means, and action to be provable in court of law for human trafficking. Difficult to prove all of these: force: important key piece of action. If seemed person was consenting then this will not hold up for charge. Women and girls represent 75% of all human trafficking (all types) world wide. Sex trafficking is largest of all in north america (74%). Second highest is forced labour (24%), other is about 5% which is all other types - which can include forced criminal activity for example.
