Hegel came up with the dialectical maxim - marx picks it up and called it dialectical materialism - a dialectic of the material economy. If history is in idea - synthesis is to bring together to produce something. Thesis and anti thesis: thesis: an idea and anti thesis is a contradictory thesis. Thesis + anti thesis + synthesis = bring together opposing ideas. What will happen within each circle - going to tell us that within each circle there is synthesis in each circle. Along all of this capitalism is the main source as the problem. Because of unequal power and private property we will have exploitation, alienation and false consciousness. However, we have the capacity to act as active agents - most of the time we are controlled by capitalism we have the capacity to act as agents when we overcome our false consciousness. Argued the evolution of society evolve from the dialectic maxim.
