Weather in london england is wet and rainy but howard wanted you to enjoy weather and be dry and walk and look outside and see nature. City can be balanced, housing, work, and comers are the 3 pillars. And it comes in through centre and goes to little cities and connects them. They used steam engines, which burn coal and give off smoke.
