Wealth for all has increased in the past 55 years. Increasing gap between the rich and poor: big companies are buying out little companies- less owners more workers. Education: the better education most likely the higher income, credential inflation- used to just be grade 12, the job doesn"t change but you need a higher credential, more people are graduating from diverse social backgrounds (girls in eng) Some have high education and low incomes applying for jobs is now online- they judge you by your name since they cant see. French canadians are doing better and getting more recognition. Developed areas have higher standards ( ontario, bc) Females now have the choice to work or not: women still make 73% of what men make. Tends to be women who give up work for children. Highest wage earners are middle aged- worked their way up. Age: middle age influence economy and government - with money comes power.
