Internalization is what happens after the socialization and sociologist are concerned with the implications of that. There are three important factors of socialization. (primary socialization) The public school system became increasingly responsible for secondary socialization: socialization outside the family after childhood. Disproportionate numbers of students from poor and racial-minority families reject the hidden curriculum and often do poorly in school.
