Conception- sperm is ejaculated- into uterus-fallopian tubes (conception occurs in the fallopian tubes not the uterus) Sex leads to babies in traditional families and in non-traditional families. Babies in single father families, two dads, two moms, mom and dad. Sex leads to babies even without a penis, fallopian tubes or a uterus. Assisted reproductive technologies-fertility treatments (london health sciences centre: can have ovulation induced, placement of sperm into uterus, donor insemination, in vitro fertilization, assisted hatching of embryos, freeze eggs to space pregnancies, egg donating etc. Ivf: cost/access, invasiveness, success rate, multiple births. Costs a lot of money, low chances of success, Gestational surrogacy- surrogate moms, donated egg and sperm and conceive a pregnancy and implant it in a surrogate mom.
