Personality: an individuals unique constellation pf consistent behavioural traits. Trait: a durable disposition to behave in a particular way in a variety of situations. Themes = consistency (will behaviour be true across situations) & distinctiveness. Common traits = honest, impulsive, friendly, anxious, manipulative.
