Rapidly cycling bipolar disorder have 4 / + severe mood disturbances within single year. Developmental factors: children-mania may be chronic (irritability & temper tantrums) Dif culty in differentiating bipolar disorder from adhd, conduct disorder, odd & schizophrenia.
