Students have a wide range of abilities, disabilities and come from a variety of family situations: today"s teachers. Teaching workforce does not re ect classroom diversity. Teacher"s sense of e cacy: a teacher"s belief that he or she can reach even di cult students to help them learn, predicts student achievement, grows from real success with students, experience and training are essential.
