Address working class needs: improve working conditions; support right to organize and strike. Encourage working class to support monarchy and church. First strand: cultural conservatives reject rationalist pursuit of perfection and harmful effects of capitalism. Second strand: economic conservatives defend liberal society and laissez-faire capitalism from welfare liberalism; hence conservatives".
