Shapiro gave evidence that sexsomnia is a parasomniac event. Some people have a genetic predisposition to it, don"t know what you"re doing, no cure for it, he gave evidence that he was really tired so was exhausted. To avoid it, have to avoid being tired, avoid alcohol, take medication.
