Apraxia - unable to perform simplest tasks. Agnosia - inability to recognize everyday objects loved ones. Amnesia - memory loss, first recent events and eventually all. Accurate clinical dx 80 90% of cases. Rule out other causes cognitive impairment. Cbc, vitamin b12, th, eeg, ct, mri, csf.
