Have all the different healthcare professionals have access to healthcare professionals. Have objective data available, but not subjective data. If you have subjective data, you may have people that do not agree with the way you say it. Other healthcare professionals may interact differently with the patient if there is certain subjective data. So patients should have the right to see this. The patient may assume the worst if they is no clarification. (self-diagnosis) If they post it online, that is a decision that they make.
