When do we measure vs and when do we assess height and weight. Vs: when people take medications that should affect bp, when we see senior they might affect. Bp, the patient was anxious and the bp could increase (systole- because it is the one that is affected by emotions), when they are first admitted, and then periodically there after. When someone has a bad fever, it might affect their cognition. We would want to check for oxygen, to see if they are getting enough oxygen to the brain.
