Section 107- aa- obligations on doctors during exam to report mad health- imposes punishment. Can refuse to issue you a license. Age limit- 20060 cc- over and under rule. Standard said: no pilot in command over 60- not over 65. 2014- does away with this rule- international flights under 65. General aviation- just need to pass medical no age limit. Ontario- code protects those over 18 years old. No mandatory retirement- taken away in 2006. Employers involved in federally regulated transport cannot mandate a retirement age.
