Property is a relationship between people with respect to things. The term ownership is not useful legally, lawyers don"t talk about ownership they talk about property rights. Property rights are not absolute i. e. you have a right to your house, however the right to sell your house is limited by the bank. Property rights are not absolute instead they are relative. Futalism = the king grants the right to property, these rights came with conditions. Granted estates to individuals who pledged loyalty to the king. All land interests not granted to an individual belong to the crown this is true for. Is land and buildings and anything attached to them i. e. a house. Is everything that is not real property i. e. everything attached to them. Can be either tangible (everything you can see and touch, i. e. a car, a boat) and intangible (things like patients, etc. ) Are things/goods attached to real property (i. e. a toilet)
