Psychological skills are defined as psychological qualities or attributes that need to be acquired and/or developed to help an individual achieve desired personal or performance outcomes. Just like physical skills, some people seem to have more inherent psychological skills than others. Luckily, these skills can be learned, and dedicated practice can yield measurable benefits for performance and personal achievement.
