Work hardening program: makes sure that individuals are exercising specifically for there occupation (work functioning) Physical demands analysis tests the amount of demand on the individual during the work day. Functional capacity evaluation tests how close an individual is to meeting these demands. Benefit program that covers things like dental, chiro, disability insurance, etc. Disability insurance covers you if during employment something happens that prevents you from working employer stops paying and coverage comes in. Case manager insures proper procedures are followed (physio appointments) and makes sure there"s no fraud. Resulted in increase access leading to increased pa levels (facility access) Sedentary work had higher risk of death and disease.
