If fine, tape if not, tell them if they feel any irritation to remove immediately and wash with soap + water: spray skin with adherent, place protective pads over achilles tendon and tibialis anterior tendon. Inversion = start medial: medial aspect of leg anterior aspect of ankle lateral malleolus posterior calcaneus medial aspect of calcaneus plantar aspect of foot. Take home instructions: remove after play and wash.
