Participants: community sample of injured women injury requiring at least 3 physio appointments. Physical setting preferences: much same information asked in first 2 studies, lots more detailed information though. Ideas to improve comfort of rehab settings: particularly came into play at second interview, had some experience. Tried to put their answers into categories to see how much people were saying about any one thing. Sp concerns grouped into 2 categories; one was general and the other more specific: these were broken down further. Numbers in brackets represent something that someone said that fit into that category (meaning units) Fear of being evaluated negatively due to lack of familiarity with the situation: concern for what others think in this particular setting.
