Vertical sagittal plane alignment: back of ear, middle of shoulder, middle of greater trochanter, back patella, front of malleolus. Anterior/posterior (coronal) assessment: head tilted, eyes unequal, shoulders unequal, scapulae unequal, trunk flexed to one side, unequal distance from body to arm, hips, knees and malleoli unequal from side to side.
