Largest cavity in the body must be divided into four quadrants. Longitudinal through body generating left and right halves. Ruq liver, gallbladder, duodenum, right kidney/adrenal, hepatic flexure, transverse colon. Luq liver, stomach, pancreas, left kidney/adrenal, splenic flexure, transverse colon. Rlq cecum, appendix, ileum, ascending colon, right ureter, right ovary.
