Performance standard can come from research or another better performing location. A set of standards (for anything in hospitals), if standards are not met, leadership may be pulled. Exemplary - stand out, don"t need to be re-accredited for 3 years. You have to pay to be accredited. The report is provided back - the detailed report is private. Quality dimensions change over time - there are over 2000.
