Mental health is as important as physical health. The who has always considered mental well-being as an integral part of the general definition of health. Who defines health as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well- being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Just because you are not clinically depressed doesn"t mean you are not in a state of mental health.
