Even felt during american revolution in 1776 (declaration of independence) Pollical events that would change the whole geography of europe again. Napoleon at the highpoint of his power in 1811. Hre replaces by the confederation of the rhine. Napolean seeks to extend french rule across europe. Beginning of british power and hegemony: concept of nationalism, imperialism and colonialism, scientific revolution, revolution in communication.
