Wants creativity that"s never been done before but still use literature that helps support idea however won"t find research on the exact idea you have. Relate what is already in existence to your recommendation. Can have multiple citations for same sentence. Make sure to have conclusion that summarizes what you said in the paper. Start by stating similar sentence to thesis.
