Culture : all the historically created designs for living, explicit and implicit, rational, irrational and non-rational, which exist at any given time as guides for human behaviour. Behavior is learned and therefore culture is learned. All human society has known culture and they vary hugely from place to place. Any human activity is considered to some extent as manifestation of culture (ways or habits of that particular society) Culture includes civilization (civilized and uncivilized are meaningless here) Can"t observe culture directly, it is something you become aware of. Some people that are unable to speak (phasic) are able to sing. Different areas of brain are involved in speech and music. Reciting the words of a song, can cause you to hear the music in your mind. Speech is more important aspect of symbolization, and so speech precedes any sort of culture.
