Document Summary

Nadh is an electron carrier that transports electrons to wherever needed. Carbon dioxide is a fully oxidized carbon molecules and contains no usable energy. Glucose has lots because it contains many c-h bonds. Organic nutrients are stored in most plants as sucrose, starch or a combination of the two which is made from g3p. G3p is the starting point for all bigger complex carbohydrates. There is more photosynthesis near the poles (in the ocean) because there are more nutrients there. The main nutrient that they need is iron. There is very little iron near the tropical areas. Primary sequence of a protein in two different organisms need not be the same. If they were the same, then they would fold the exact same way (anfinsen"s dogma, only the sequence matters for the amino acids nothing else including the environment). In thermophiles (heat loving) there are stronger bonding interactions compared to mesophiles (room temperature) where the bonding interactions are mildly strong.
