So thymus in adults has less of a role in t cell education but it can be stimulated if you need to have a lot more t cells. Compared to spleen, thymus is more consistant across different mammals. Also conatains efferent lymphati vessels as well as nerves. There are trabeculae (rough skeleton that ggives shape to the organ). What it does, is that it establishes loose thymic lobules.
