Conducts applied research to help(better teaching styles, colouring of hospitals, improving productivity of employees) Community-enhances environmental setting to improve individual functioning(workspace, home, relationships) Developmental- conducts and applies research in age related behavioural changes. ( changes of behaviour/mind over lifetime) Experimental- does experiments to investigate variety of behavioural processes in humans and animals. Health- health promotion and disease prevention( stress levels, etc) Forensic- applies psychological principles in research, policy, and law enforcement(why committed crime ) Psychometric/quantitative- studies methods and techniques used to acquire psychological knowledge(looks over data to understand it) Rehabilitation- works with those who have a loss of functioning to help to restore it.
