Lesbian: a woman whose sexual orientation is toward other women. Gay: a man whose sexual orientation is toward other men; sometimes also refers to homosexual. Lgb: abbreviation for lesbians, gays and bisexuals. Queer: often used as a gender term for lgbittq . May be seen by lg community as fence-sitters . Freud believed we were all born bisexual; simply lost over time due to socialization.
