Homophily: relationships by race and grade, middle school, squares are eight graders, a divide in educations, still divides in race relations, not as starkly divided in middle school. Homophily: the more we have racial heterogeneity, we are still hanging out with same race people, we see it middle school and highschool. In areas with a lot of different people more likely to look for others the same as us.
