This theory did not consider about this part. How u view the law: sth really represent our value or it is just politics or it is the combination of people and politics. Some illegal things is accept in society: some law act prohibit cohabit, but it is accept in society. Different country have different law: such as prostitution. Who is doing the reaction, who is the deviant (celebrity do sth bad will all over the news, but maybe it is only normal things, such as do blowjob at cars. )
