Immigrants not just people, tool that immigrant-receiving countries utilize to accumulate capital, further development and to become wealthier. Immigration policies are believed to be mechanisms to supply workers for employers. Immigration polices mechanism through which these immigrants can be transformed into workers of the immigrant recinvg societies: attractive to employers.
