Including selection of pre-skilled workers and motivation through precarity and peer-review in project-based teams rather than management. Numeric flexibility: keeping a small core of mostly managerial employees and hiring contingent, part-time, and/or temporary employees for many. Small labor force in the design phase that can ramp up when projects move toward production or project require more labor. Can be outsourced, contracted, don"t need to be full-time workers. Apply to both professional and real-world work.
