Oyster mushroom and pork belly stir fry; a bowl of white. 3 cups of water; a cup of zero beans rice. Red meat, processed meat & butter refined grains: white rice, bread & pasta; salt. My personal food pyramid is totally order disrupted as the actual harvard food pyramid. I hardly intake any whole grains on the daily basis. Also the intake of nuts, seeds and tofu is barely there. They only daily exercise i can guarantee is around 150 sit ups to control weight which is not nearly enough compared with how much energy and sugar i indigest everyday. However, i can make sure moderate intake of dairy and vitamin depends on the milk/yogurt i drink everyday.
