Personality: the characteristic thoughts, emotional responses, and behaviours that are relatively stable in an individual over time and across circumstances. Organization: (allport) indicates that personality is not just a list of traits but a coherent whole. The organized whole is dynamic in that it is goal seeking, sensitive to context, and adaptive to environment. E. g. , job interviews, funerals, hanging out with your boss.
