(manufacturing and markets outside of u. s. ) Close relationship between economic interests and state capacities: processes that prof. described with relation to modern corporation: parallel in certain ways to development of major departments in the federal government, increasingly became bureaucratically organized. These bureaucracies functioned in accordance to clients who they were intended to service. Interests of these three corners share essentially the same interests (interests largely overlap)- why it"s called iron triangle.
